Where do you want to ride?
pick a resort, then Start – the mountain downloads when you set off
Lifts. Roll slowly into the zone at a bottom station and the next chair or T-bar takes you up; holding S skips boarding. At the top you unload automatically. On the way up you can look around with A/D, W/S or by dragging the mouse.
The slope. The arena is fenced with safety nets. Watch out for trees, rocks and buildings. Black runs are scraped to ice: less grip, and the edge lets go sooner. Blue and red runs have mogul fields in places.
Rails and cables. Park rails are scattered down the slope – line up and ride onto the low end, or jump on, to grind; A/D turn the board on the rail. The lift cables can be ground too, if you manage to land on one.
Sliding. A hard turn at speed, or ice, can make the edge let go. Release the turn key for a moment and the board lines up with your direction of travel and grips again (counter-steering is quicker). Keep holding the turn and the tail swings out until you wipe out.
